1. Company Driver Program
Pay per Mile: $0.60 – $0.65
Typical Take-Home: $2,500+ per week
Weekly Mileage: 3,500+ miles
Minimum Days on the Road: 3 weeks/month
Deposit Required: $2,000 (deducted in 4 installments)
Deadhead Miles: Paid
First Payroll: Next Friday after first work week
2. Lease-to-Rent Driver Program
Truck Rental: $1,015/week
Per Mile Charge: $0.13
Dispatch Fee: 15% of gross
Insurance: $550/week
IFTA: $60/week
ELD: $83/week
Trailer Rental (if needed): $250/week
Gross Potential: $8,000 – $10,000+/week (based on 3,500+ miles at $2.45+/mile)
Repair & Maintenance:
Repairs coordinated by company
Responsibility based on fault (driver vs. wear & tear)

First Payroll: Next Friday after starting
